a) The Voice Coaching business, where and how to
find business
b) Vocal Impact Coach orientation – identify
the core competencies required and evolve your own
definition of a Vocal Impact Coach.
c) The Vocal Coach relationship - how to
effectively craft a trusting relationship to
connect strongly with your voice client.
d) Active listening– becoming aware of the
emotional messages of the voice, enabling stronger
understanding of the client and their challenges.
e) Language – identify your clients preferred
language patterns and learn to continually choose
the language that, in the moment, best conveys
meaning, inspires, challenges or clarifies for that
particular individual.
f) Questioning – how to craft and deliver
great questions. How, with well-constructed and
timed questions, you can direct the flow of the
interaction for optimal benefit for the client.
g) Messaging – gaining the instinct of what
to say and how to say it, so that your message is
effective and valuable to the client. Messaging is
a powerful vocal impact tool that opens the
possibility for a shift to occur.
h) Acknowledging and feedback – The framework
of acknowledging, including the methods and stages,
and even the perils. You will be given practical
tools and information about skills, discernment of,
and attitudes regarding acknowledging, above all
how to enable clients by listening to their own
vocal feedback to acknowledge themselves.
I) Vocal Challenges - Key essentials of how to work
with vocal challenges: the stutterer, the
hesitator, and the sprinter. Where they, the
clients, come from. How to uncover the history of
client’s challenges gently and how to support
the individuals through the breakthroughs into
vibrant vocal fluency.
j) Managing a Vocal Training Business – basic
forms, client preparation, booking spreadsheets

hour telephone training sessions. Each telephone
session covers 2 of the core concepts, revising and
practice, area for further experience addressed
Platinum
Vocaltrademark Core Essentials Program, six
telephone training sessions and Live Training
Assessment leading to Vocaltrademark Trainer
Certification. Having fully immersed themselves
during the Sliver and Gold Programs any areas which
require further practice will typically have been
addressed already. This is the day for you to
excel. During the 2 hour morning session working
live with Fergus you have the opportunity to iron
out any ‘rough’ edges and by the
afternoon be ready to excel with your real client
training. At the end of the day we’ll be
proud to present you with the Vocaltrademark
Trainer Certificate and enter into a reciprocal
training agreement where we can refer you directly
to clients in your area.
